Audi Hungaria Ahead Kft. is launching a broad-based knowledge enhancement training project that will enable around 500 employees to expand their competences in various fields over the next two years. The program will cost EUR 4 million.

Audi Hungaria has been steadily building up its service activities over the past 15 years. Some of the activities not directly related to production, such as procurement, IT and financial services, were transferred to AUDI HUNGARIA AHEAD Kft., a wholly owned subsidiary founded in February this year.

The company has now announced an ambitious training programme worth EUR 4 million to develop the competences of 500 employees in professional, inter-professional and language areas. The project will enable the trained professionals to expand the range of services provided to the VW Group.

The investment is necessary to maintain competitiveness.
